Biography
David Grafton is a Human Resources professional having progressed his career in the public sector before joining the health service where he worked as Director of Human Resources in a number of high profile acute services NHS Trusts. He was a member of the National Steering Group on Agenda for Change : Career and Pay Progression Working Party. He retired as Director of Human Resources at the University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust which is one of the largest in the UK, since when he has been active in HR consultancy work in the UK and abroad. Having been the Director of Human Resources in one of the first wave of NHS Trusts and in other significant organisational change initiatives his particular interest is in the management of change.
