Jerry Cope - Chair

Biography
Jerry Cope spent 30 years, leaving in 2003, with the Post Office and Royal Mail. He started in personnel and industrial relations before moving into strategy and line management. He was appointed to the Post Office Main Board in 1996, taking up appointment as Group Managing Director with particular responsibility for international businesses, before becoming UK managing director. During his time at the Post Office, Jerry was a shareholder Director at Camelot. He is also Chair of the HR and Change Consultancy T-three, and was for 7 years Chair of the board of governors at Kingston University and for 6 years, ending March 2011, Chair of the PSPRB. In addition he has worked for the further education and charity sectors.

Jerry is married with one son and lives in Crystal Palace, South London. He has an MA (in maths) from Cambridge University and an MSc (in business) from Warwick University.
