John Davies
Biography
Mr. John Davies is the Chairman of the Civil Service Appeal Board, which hears appeals against dismissal from civil servants working in Government Departments and Agencies; also a of ILX Group, an AIM listed company specialising in vocational training. He was a member of the Armed Forces Pay Review Body from 1999 – 2005 and worked for Barclays Bank from 1966-1998 initially on the banking side and then in Human Resources, becoming Director of Personnel for the UK Banking Division in 1994.
