Michael Langley
Biography
Mike was a Partner in Towers Perrin’s (now Towers Watson) Executive Compensation practice from June 1995 to June 2006, advising boards on senior executive pay. Formerly HR Director of Mothercare; Compensation and Benefits Manager for Storehouse plc; and Group Personnel Executive for the London International Group. Prior to that he worked for Dalgety, BBC Television and Unilever in senior HR positions.
Also served as Vice President, Pay and Employment Conditions and Chairman of the Compensation Forum for the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (of which he is a Companion member).
