Role of the School Teachers’ Review Body
The School Teachers' Review Body was established in September 1991 to examine and report on such matters relating to the statutory conditions of employment of school teachers in England and Wales as may from time to time be referred to it by the Secretary of State.

Requests for information relating to evidence submitted by stakeholders should be directed to the appropriate body. The following organisations have advised OME that this is either incorporated within their publication scheme (where they are a public body) or that they will consider requests: Association of Teachers and Lecturers ; British Association of Teachers of the Deaf ; Department for Children, Schools and Families ; Employers' Organisation for Local Government ; Foundation and Aided Schools' National Association ; National Association of Schoolmasters' and Union of Women Teachers' ; Training and Development Agency for Schools ; UCAC (National Association of Teachers in Wales) and The Welsh Assembly Government.

There will not be any charge for information requested and supplied from the publication scheme.
