Stella Pantelides
Biography
Stella is Managing Director of Lysis Consulting Services which specialises in executive coaching and in advising clients on the integration of business and people strategy.
Stella is also currently a civil service commissioner and a non-executive director of the Service Personnel Board, Ministry of Defence.
She has over twenty years experience in reward and human resources management gained in senior roles at ABN AMRO Bank, Barclays, Bank of America and PWC. Until 2004, she was Linklaters’ Global HR Director and an executive member of its European Committee.
